Our Story

In 2022, our founder Emmie was diagnosed with epilepsy after being mistakenly diagnosed with migraines for two years. After realising that epilepsy awareness could have led to a more accurate first diagnosis, and that epilepsy was not commonly taught about in schools, she decided to change things up. In ninth grade, she started a team with peers and Earrings4Epilepsy (E4E), a school fundraiser dedicated to selling handmade polymer clay jewellery and supporting local epilepsy charities, was born.

At our 2023, 2024, and 2025 fundraisers, we sold over 400 pairs of earrings and donated 100% of our funds to Epilepsy Toronto.

What started as a yearly school fundraiser has now grown to include this website of our very own that you are currently visiting! 💜
